PB

Its legs day today and I am up and ready to break some PB's with my coach! Hopefully !!

Its really exciting when you set goals that you think you won't achieve then go to all lengths to ensure you don't fail. And if you do, you just try again !

Today I am doing that and my main goal is to get those extra weights on the bar and simply just use everything I have to break through the pain barrier.

I am excited and hope to report back later with some good news on achieving what I am set out to do this morning.
