
With so much exciting stuff going on, I haven't had the chance to update my blog !
So first and foremost, I had the most amazing time in QLD. I certainly enjoyed myself at the wedding including getting into the amazing cupcake wedding cake ! And boy was it delicious.. and yes.. I have absolutely no worries about indulging like I did as I know I have the discipline to be totally back on track the next morning when I wake up and the day after for me included a 10km power walk. It is all about balance.. you can have your cake and eat it too - if you are disciplined enough to get back on track immediately the next day - not see it as an opportunity to pig out for days or perhaps weeks on end. If you have control - go for it indulge a little.. if you haven't yet mastered being able to have some treats then get back on track, it may be worth investing more time psychologically to assess why it is that you cannot get back onto a healthy eating and exercise plan.
I can tell you now.. I at one stage was out of control and could never master this. I never understood how important the thought process is when it comes to healthy mind healthy body - still learning and always will to this day however I can happily say when its time to get back on track I know how to do it.
To exciting news regarding my online PT and health and fitness business - I have finally finished my logo designs and officially have a face to my business - see above! LOTS MORE to follow in the coming weeks and my website will be launched over the next few months.
Until then its training and eating well up until the All females in July and then working on a few other things in the meantime.
A lot to do and little time today so I must bolt!
